今回ご紹介の品物は、皇室下賜品の銀杯です。
菊の紋が入っている直径約10.5㎝の純銀製の杯は、 皇族の閑院宮の御家紋入りです。裏に『純銀・小林謹製』と刻印されています。
The item presented here is an imperial gift silver cup.
The cup is made of sterling silver and has a chrysanthemum crest on it with a diameter of approx. 10.5 cm. Engraved on the back: ‘Pure silver, Kobayashi Kinsei’.
The imperial family Kanyin-no-Miya was one of the four generations of the Imperial Family of the Imperial Family, founded in the mid-Edo period by Prince Naohito,
Prince of the Higashiyama Emperors.
The other cup is approximately 6 cm in diameter and has an aeroplane and plant pattern around the words ‘han-en-i’. It is stamped ‘sterling silver, high’ on the back.
