今回、ご紹介する品物は、本阿弥光隆の皿 鉢です。本阿弥光悦の末裔の作家です。本阿弥家は足利家に仕える研磨師の一族です。現在も本阿弥流の研磨が主流となっております。本阿弥家は刀剣の研磨では超一流ですが、書画、漆芸、陶芸などでも活躍し、日本美術に大きな影響を与えています。

こちらの皿 鉢は、非常に綺麗な赤褐色色をしており、表面の釉薬は程よい光沢で品の良さを感じます。

The item introduced here is a plate and bowl by Honami Mitsutaka. He is a descendant of Hon’ami Koetsu. The Hon’ami family is a family of polishers who served the Ashikaga family. The Hon’ami style of polishing is still the mainstream today. The Hon’ami family is a top-notch sword polisher, but they are also active in calligraphy, lacquer, and ceramics, and have had a great influence on Japanese art.

This dish and bowl have a very beautiful reddish-brown color, and the surface glaze is moderately shiny and elegant.
