明珍家は具足鍛冶師であり、平安時代より五十三代続く、甲冑師(かっちゅうし)の家系です。

初代 増田宗介紀ノ太郎が、近衛天皇（1141～54）に鎧（よろい）と、轡（くつわ）を献上したところ、

触れあう音が「音響朗々、光明白にして玉の如く、類稀なる珍器なりとて明珍の二字を賜ひ」と賞賛され、代々「明珍」と称しています。

挑戦し続けた甲冑の鍛錬技術は時代の変遷を経て、形を変えて今も生き続けています。

甲冑から火箸、そして現在は、火箸風鈴や、今回ご紹介の床置き物の海老などを手掛けています。

こちらの海老は、五十二代明珍宗理の作で、海老の脚など、関節が細かく動き、精巧な職人の技に圧倒されます。

今回ご紹介の品物は、細川司光の『古今和歌集・六歌仙』の棗です。

細川司光は1941年、石川県で生まれたの漆芸家です。

山中町漆器蒔絵師の見習いとなり、その後、蒔絵師として独立しました。現在では石川県山中町で作品を作り続けています。

昭和58年には山中町漆器蒔絵師作品展において最優秀賞受賞しました。

現在まで多くの作品を手がけ、中次や棗など薄茶器以外にも炉縁や香合といった茶道具でも秀作を残されています。

こちらの棗は、直径約７㎝の大棗と中棗の中間くらいの大きさです。

『古今和歌集』の序文に記された六人の代表的な歌人、遍昭、在原 業平、文屋 康秀、喜撰、小野 小町、大友 黒主が蒔絵で繊細に美しく施されています。

共箱付きで、目立ったキズもなく、黒塗と金蒔絵の調和のとれた作品です。

加藤幸治 金砂子　花丸四季草花茶碗 　京焼　茶道具　共箱を店頭・ネットショッピングにて販売しております。

金砂子とは　金箔(きんぱく)を粉にしたもの。絵画・蒔絵(まきえ)・ふすま地などに用いられます。

題名にも四季草花とあるように春夏秋冬ご使用出来ます。

加藤幸治氏は、加藤利昇の次男で、その技術は父加藤利昇に劣りません。

Kinsunako is powdered gold leaf. It is used for painting, maki-e, and fusuma (sliding door).

As the title of the work says “flowers and plants of the four seasons,” it can be used in spring, summer, fall, and winter.

Koji Kato is the second son of Toshinobu Kato, and his technique is no less than that of his father.

薩摩焼・磯御庭窯の香合を買い取りさせて頂きました。

薩摩焼・磯御庭窯の始まりは、薩摩藩主斉彬公が磯邸内に磯御庭窯を築かせました。

斉彬公が亡くなり窯は廃絶しましたが明治28年に忠義公が磯邸内に仙巌窯「一般に御庭焼研究所と言われていました。」として新たに再興しました。

その後、災害などで廃窯になったりなどの紆余曲折を経て現在の磯御庭窯となっていきます。

この香合も、美しい絵付け・ひび釉など特有の薩摩焼の美しさを形成しています。

The Iso-oniwa kiln of Satsuma ware started when Nariakira, lord of the Satsuma domain, had the Iso-oniwa kiln built in his residence in Iso.

After Nariakira died, the kiln was closed down, but in 1895, Tadayoshi rebuilt the kiln as the Sengan Kiln, “commonly known as the Oniwa Pottery Research Institute,” in the Iso Residence. The kiln was later closed due to disasters and other reasons.

After that, the kiln was closed due to disasters and other twists and turns, and it became the current Iso Oniwa Kiln.

This incense container also has a unique beauty of Satsuma-ware, such as beautiful painting and cracked glaze.

今回ご紹介の品物は、木村光良の作品です。

益子焼作家として有名な木村一郎の孫であり、益子窯の三代目です。

こちらの辰砂草文扇壺は、銅を着色剤として含む赤い釉薬・辰砂釉（しんしゃゆう）を使用しています。

草を抽象化した赤い文様が特徴的で、所々、白い釉薬が入っており、重厚感の中にも動的な景色を作り出しています。

只今慈光店舗にて販売中です。

～木村光良　略歴～

1970年（昭和45年）木村一郎、木村充と続く益子窯に生まれる。

1993年（平成5年）父、木村充の元で作陶に入る。

1998年（平成11年）父の死後、独立。松戸伊勢丹にて「益子窯四人展」開催、

1999年（平成11年）宇都宮市上野百貨店にて、木村一郎、木村充の作品群に自作を加えての「益子窯三代展」を開催

2000年（平成12年）松戸伊勢丹にて、陶染色二人展、宇都宮上野百貨店にて家族展開催

The item presented here is a work by Mitsuyoshi Kimura.

He is the grandson of Ichiro Kimura, a well-known Mashiko pottery artist and the third generation of the Mashiko kiln.

Shinshasoubunsentsubo , a red glaze containing copper as a colouring agent.

It is characterised by a red pattern abstracted from grasses, with white glaze in places, creating a heavy yet dynamic landscape.

～Mitsuyoshi Kimura Biography～

Born in 1970 in Mashiko, the home of Ichiro Kimura and Mitsuru Kimura.

Began working with his father, Mitsuru Kimura, in 1993.

Became independent after the death of his father in 1998. Held the ‘Mashiko Kiln Four-person Exhibition’ at Isetan, Matsudo,

1999 (Heisei 11) Held the ‘Mashiko Kiln Three Generations Exhibition’ at the Ueno Department Store in Utsunomiya City, adding his own works to those of Ichiro Kimura and Mitsuru Kimura.

In 2000, held a two-person ceramic dyeing exhibition at Isetan, Matsudo, and a family exhibition at Utsunomiya Ueno Department Store.
