慈光では、井上萬二の陶器を販売、お買い取りを行っております。

今回ご紹介の品物は、人間国宝・井上萬二の作品で、白磁緑釉牡丹彫文の抹茶碗です。井上萬二（1929年～）は、カナダ・アメリカ・ドイツなど、数多くの個展を開催しています。『伝統工芸の世界では、用と美を兼ね備えて、初めて人間性あふれる作品が生まれるものと信じている』と語る井上は、卓越した技術が認められ、海外でも高い評価を得ています。こちらの作品は、白磁に大胆に牡丹が彫り込まれ、淡い緑の釉薬は、繊細な美しさがあります。底から口縁部にかけて僅かに広がり、見込みが深く、高台に出っ張りがついています。持ちやすく、大変手に馴染みやすく、まさに用の美を感じさせる作品になっています。只今、慈光店舗にて販売しております。どうぞご覧下さい。

At Jikoh , we sell and  Inoue Manji ceramics.

The item introduced here is a white porcelain green glazed matcha cup with carved peony design, by Inoue Manji, a living national treasure.

Inoue Manji (1929- ) has held numerous solo exhibitions in Canada, the United States, and Germany.

Inoue, who says, “In the world of traditional crafts, I believe that only by combining use and beauty can a work of art be created that is full of humanity,” has been

recognized for his outstanding technique and is highly acclaimed overseas as well.

In this piece, peonies are boldly carved into the white porcelain, and the pale green glaze has a delicate beauty.

The base of the bowl is slightly widened from the bottom to the rim of the mouth, with a deep prospect and a protrusion on the base.

It is easy to hold and very comfortable in the hand, and is a work of art that evokes the beauty of utility.

慈光では、三輪休雪の陶器の販売、お買い取りを行っております。

今回ご紹介する品物は、十代三輪休雪の萩茶入れです。十代三輪休雪は、萩焼を代表する作家であり、弟の十一代休雪（壽雪）と共に人間国宝でもあります。祖父の雪山の「職人に学問は要らぬ」という説得により、萩中学校を２年で退学、作陶を父の九代雪堂に学び、家業に従事することになります。また、祖父の勧めで、茶道、謡曲などを修養し、文化人の側面も併せ持ちます。

こちらの萩茶入は、堂々とした存在感を持ちながら、休和の持ち味である温和な作風が滲み出ています。色合いも質感も非常に良い作品です。

The item introduced here is a Hagi tea container made by Kyusetsu Miwa X.Kyusetsu Miwa X is a representative Hagi ware artist and a living national treasure together with his younger brother Kyusetsu XI (Jusetsu). His grandfather, Sessan, persuaded him that a craftsman does not need learning, and he left Hagi Junior High School after two years to study pottery making under his father, Sessando IX, and engage in the family business. At his grandfather’s urging, he also trained in the tea ceremony and chanting, and became a cultured person.

This hagi tea caddy has an imposing presence, but at the same time exudes the gentle style that is characteristic of Kyuwa. The color and texture of this piece are both very good.

今回、さまざまなパイプを買い取りさせて頂きました。中には、日本のハンドメイドパイプの第一人者・有田静生のパイプもございます。

有田は1977年、新宿の加賀屋パイプコンテストでグランプリを獲得して以降、ハンドメイドパイプのプロに転向し、その後3000本以上のパイプを製造し、市場でも高値で販売されています。どのパイプも、グレイン（木目）の流れを生かした作りで、フォルムがとても美しいパイプです。

黒田悦子（1949年～）は宮城県で生まれ、1971年女子美術大学専攻科を修了しました。その後、シェル賞展で佳作受賞など入選を重ね、1975年第14回大調和展で大調和

賞を受賞しました。1988年には、東京都美術館で開催された第27回大調和展では、文部大臣賞を受賞、個展も三越・東武・東急などでたびたび開催しています。

作品の特徴として、キャンバスに金箔の地などに油絵で描いており、主に、文楽人形や椿などの作品で、高く評価されています。

今回ご紹介のこちら作品は、椿の質感描写が見事で、九谷焼の花瓶との対比も美しく、日本、西洋の絵画的手法を織り交ぜた独自の世界観があります。
